Zsa Zsa Gabor was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital on Saturday evening after suffering a fall and breaking several bones, according to her publicist.
Screen star Zsa Zsa Gabor was admitted to a California hospital over the weekend after breaking several bones in a falling accident in her Bel Air home.
Gabor, 93, was watching television in bed on Saturday when she suddenly tumbled to the floor, injuring herself in the process, the actress’ longtime publicist John Blanchette said Sunday. The accented spifire is already confined to a wheelchair after being partially paralyzed in a car crash in 2002. Her husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, was at home at the time of Saturday’s accident and promptly dialed 911 after hearing Zsa Zsa’s cries.
Emergency medical technicans transported the acting legend to nearby Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, where she remains hospitalized in unknown condition.
